BASR: MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
A membership form is available to download as a Word file (28 KB). If you agree with the aims of the association we will be glad to recieve your application. Details of the annual membership fee is included in that form. Members of the Association receive copies of the Bulletin twice a year.
If you would like to pay by standing order, please print out and complete the standing order mandate (Word file 38 KB or pdf file 30 KB).
If you pay UK taxes it is now possible for us to benefit from tax refunds on subscription payments. Signing a form to say that you are a tax payer will allow us to substantially increase BASR income at no additional cost to you. You are entitled to cancel your declaration at any time. You may make your declaration either by post or by e-mail. There is no statutory requirement for you to sign and date the declaration but you must include the Association's name, your name and address and a form of words, such as those used on the attached form (Word doc or pdf version [please note that this includes standing order mandate form which can be treated separately]), which clearly indicate your intent.
